Weaving Intelligence

Roadmap

What's coming next across the threads — the threads we're actively weaving and the ones still filling the bench.

What’s coming across the threads. Weaving Intelligence is publishing — the first articles are live and the schedule below is the plan behind them: the rhythm, the threads, and the Deep Dive investigations lined up for the first quarter.

What’s locked is the rhythm below. The week-by-week schedule at the foot of this page is generated from the publication ledger every time the site is built, so it is the real plan — sequenced by week and anchored to launch, which means every date moves together if launch does.

The weekly rhythm

A steady cadence — five or six articles a week

  • Monday — General MDM (Elias). The foundational piece each week.
  • Tuesday — Profisee MDM (Isabel). Extends Monday’s MDM article onto the Profisee platform.
  • Wednesday — MDM + AI (Maya). Core thread.
  • Thursday — AI + BI (Jordan). Core thread.
  • Friday — Enterprise Data Strategy (Marcus) / Enterprise Data Governance (Catherine), which share the Friday slot — one or the other each week, so every Friday carries an article.
  • Every third Friday — a Deep Dive as well (Terry). The Deep Dive is published alongside that Friday’s article, not in place of it — so those weeks run to six.

Performance and cadence get reviewed after the first three months.

The Weaving Intelligence publishing rhythm over six weeks: General MDM on Monday, Profisee MDM on Tuesday, MDM + AI on Wednesday and AI + BI on Thursday every week; Enterprise Data Strategy and Enterprise Data Governance alternating on Friday so every Friday carries an article; and every third Friday additionally carrying a Deep Dive package published alongside that Friday article, taking those weeks to six publications instead of five.
A fixed weekly rhythm, with a Deep Dive alongside every third Friday.

Deep Dives

Investigations every third Friday

A complete Deep Dive package — four investigation articles plus a wrapper — publishes every third Friday (roughly seventeen a year), authored by Terry Hale and sent to anyone who requests a package. It is an addition to that week, not a substitution: the Friday article still runs. The first quarter’s four:

  1. The Business Case That Survives the Committee — 18 September. What the argument for this work actually looks like from inside the room: how you size it, how you shape it to the people who approve it, and what to put in front of a CFO instead of the headline industry number.
  2. The Profisee MDM Implementation Journey, End to End — 9 October. The flagship investigation: what it actually takes to stand the platform up, hand it over, and have it still be running a year later — written from implementations rather than from the datasheet.
  3. Trustworthy Data Foundations for Enterprise AI — 30 October. The publication’s core thesis, worked through in depth: what has to be true of your master data before a model is worth pointing at it, and how much of the return credited to AI was really earned by the foundation underneath it.
  4. Pointing a Model at Master Data — 20 November. Governed AI enrichment on a master-data foundation: the order of operations, what has to be true of the data before a model is worth aiming at it, and where it fails on real records rather than in the papers.

Threads

Six on the weekly rhythm

Scheduled and running weekly: General MDM, Profisee MDM, MDM + AI, AI + BI, Enterprise Data Strategy, and Enterprise Data Governance — plus the Deep Dive every third Friday. The publication’s bench reaches further — data quality, privacy and ethics, observability and reliability, integration, semantics and knowledge graphs, storytelling, and cloud data architecture — and those threads join the schedule as their content is planned. Browse the threads.

Every article on the calendar is listed below, week by week, straight from the publication ledger.

The schedule

The first quarter, week by week

Every article on the calendar, straight from the publication ledger — sixty-nine pieces across thirteen weeks, opening 17 August 2026 and running to 27 November 2026. This list is generated from the ledger each time the site is built, so it is what is actually planned, not a summary of it.

Dates are the plan, not a promise. The whole schedule is anchored to launch week; if launch moves, every date below moves with it. Deep Dive themes are still being finalized — see above.
